Impact of Chaplains and Coaches in Schools & Institutions
Schools with sustained chaplain presence have reported a 37% increase in graduation rates, 100% decrease in suicides, and broad improvements in safety, behavior, attendance, relationships, and student well-being. Independent research found that 69% to 87% of school personnel reported a positive impact of chaplains across six major dimensions of student flourishing.
The chaplains and coaches presence in government agencies and institutions, improves job performance, promotes a healthier work environment, builds relationships of trust, respect, and support in times of personal struggle, challenge or hardship.
